“The series will help busyexecutives learn exactly what they need to master, Twitter, Facebook,LinkedIn, Google, and much, much more.”"This series is unique for ZIOPro ,” says CEO/Founder, MeganCunningham. The commercial vision systems segment provides OEM cameramodules, firefighting, marine, automotive, airborne and othertransportation. Morgan Keegan’s Ruttenbur, who has an “outperform” ratingon the stock, said the commercial business is going to grow ata better rate in 2010 than it did in 2009. However, investors believe this order will be a smallercontributor to FLIR’s revenue in 2010 than it was in 2009,Stephens Inc’s Quillin said. Q2 PROFIT IN LINE In the second quarter, FLIR’s net income rose to $55.7million, or 35 cents a share, from $44.6 million, or 29 cents ashare, a year ago Revenue rose 7 percent to $278 million. Revenue at the government systems division was up 22percent to $160.4 million.Sales at the commercial vision systems division rose 4percent, reflecting growth in the cores and components markets. It also lowered its revenue outlook for the year by $100million to between $1.10 billion and $1.15 billion.

“The stock is down because they (FLIR) had a lower guidanceon the year and 2010 is going to be a rougher year for thecompany in terms of the government side of their business,”analyst Brian Ruttenbur of Morgan, Keegan & Co Inc said. FLIR’s government systems segment makes imaging productsfor the military and accounts for about half of its overallrevenue. The company has been ramping up a big military basesecurity program, which is now more at a steady stage and sogrowth is slowing in its government systems business, analystTimothy Quillin of Stephens Inc said. The military operations in Iraq appear to be winding downand that is also slowing down FLIR’s government side of thebusiness, Quillin added. Morgan Keegan’s Ruttenbur agrees with Quillin and said,”Contracts are going to come down in smaller pieces — not inthe billions, but in the millions.” FLIR recently received a $36.8 million new delivery orderfrom the U.S Army for its Star SAFIRE III stabilizedmulti-sensor systems. For 2009, the company cut the upper end of its earningsforecast and now expects a profit of $1.40 to $1.44 per share, down from its prior view of $1.40 to $1.47 per share.
