Having the summer relaxing after graduating from Lancaster University, I’m very keen to start work. Today is an introductory training day for the new recruits, so I’m relieved to be breaking in gently as opposed to being thrown in at the deep end. There is a large group of us for the welcome training; we are all graduates. We are given a brief introduction where we are told what kind of posts we will be taking Everybody seems very pleasant and very human.
