China, Russia agree $4B trade deals

Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin held talks with Chinese counterpart Wen Jiabao in Beijing Tuesday, as the two countries agreed bilateral economic and trade deals worth $4 billion, Chinese state Media reported.
